A fire at a commercial complex near Iran's capital Tehran has killed at least 11 people and injured dozens more, according to state media.The blaze broke out on Tuesday at the Arghavan commercial complex in Andisheh, west of Tehran.Footage broadcast on television showed a multi-storey building engulfed in flames, with thick black smoke rising into the air.An earlier report said 41 people were injured.Local officials said the complex contained more than 250 commercial units and 50 office units.The Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Shahriar has called for an investigation to identify possible culprits.Authorities also issued an arrest warrant for...
