A federal court in Brooklyn filed a fifth superseding indictment against Jobanis de Jesus Avila Villadiego, also known as "Chiquito" and "Chiquito Malo," expanding charges related to his leadership of the Clan del Golfo, a Colombian drug cartel and designated terrorist organization. The new indictment adds allegations of narcoterrorism conspiracy, conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization, and providing or attempting to provide such support. Three Sentenced in Brooklyn Federal Court for Armed Robbery Killing Security Guard
Today in federal court in Brooklyn, Charles Powell, known as "Payback," and Musah Coward, aka "General Mecka," "Red," and "General Red," received sentences of 42 and 45 years respectively. Their convictions stem from the firearm-related murder of security guard Rodney Maxwell during an armed robbery at a gambling location.
