Twelve arrested over alleged right-wing terror threat to Islamic event in Suffolk
Police have arrested 12 people over an alleged right-wing terror threat linked to an Islamic event at Shrubland Hall in Barham, Suffolk. The UK Ijtima event was ended early on Sunday as a precaution after the possible threat was identified. Counter Terrorism Policing London said the investigation is related to right-wing terrorism.Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said the police response to what she described as a credible threat had "undoubtedly saved lives".
