Alibaba sues US government over Pentagon blacklist as business ban nears
Alibaba has filed a federal lawsuit in California challenging its inclusion on a Pentagon blacklist that the company says has no basis in fact or law. The case was lodged in San Jose and seeks to remove the e-commerce group from a list the US defence department says covers firms linked to the Chinese military.
