Canada installs Lake Ontario sign after Trump renaming push
Ontario Premier Doug Ford has responded to Donald Trump's attempt to rename Lake Ontario by unveiling a large shoreline sign that reads: "Lake Ontario. Now and Always." The sign was installed on Canada's shoreline, in a public rebuke to the US president's executive order seeking to call the lake "Lake America." Ford said the lake was called Lake Ontario long before Trump and would keep that name long after he is gone.
