US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose new tariffs on Canada after smoke from hundreds of wildfires drifted across the border and blanketed parts of the northern United States. The comments came as orange haze and hazardous air alerts spread across several states, including New York, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
