Greece wildfire response hit by helicopter collision west of Athens
Two firefighting helicopters collided midair west of Athens on Sunday while responding to wildfires in the Psatha area, adding a new emergency to Greece's already strained fire response. One of the Bell helicopters exploded and plunged to the ground in flames after what television footage showed as an apparent rotor collision.
