Germany receives first F-35 fighter jet amid NATO rearmament
Germany has received its first F-35A Lightning II fighter jet, marking the start of deliveries under a 35-aircraft order placed in 2022. The aircraft was formally presented to the German government at Lockheed Martin's production facility in Fort Worth, Texas, during a ceremony attended by Defence Minister Boris Pistorius.
