Syria says it foiled plot against Homs oil refinery
Syrian security forces say they have foiled a plot targeting the Homs oil refinery in central Syria and arrested two people they link to Hezbollah. The General Intelligence Service said the operation was carried out with the Internal Security Forces. It said explosive devices were seized during what it described as a pre-emptive security operation.The service identified the two detainees only by their initials, M S and B Sh.
