Hong Kong education authorities have ordered a primary school in Fanling to submit a report after a national flag was found hanging upside down on campus.The Education Bureau said it had followed up on the incident at F.S.F.T.F.Fong Shu Chuen Primary School after online images showed the flag displayed upside down on top of a building at the school.A spokesman said the bureau immediately contacted the school once it learned of the matter.The school then corrected the flag and apologised, according to the bureau.The bureau has required the school to investigate the incident and submit a detailed report, and said... Hong Kong health authorities have asked the World Health Organization for more information on a hantavirus cluster linked to the cruise ship MV Hondius, as they step up precautions against the rare infection reaching the city.The Department of Health's Centre for Health Protection said it contacted the WHO after the vessel departed from Argentina on 1 April.The outbreak has been associated with three deaths, and the WHO said five of eight suspected cases have now been confirmed.The department said the first patient in the cluster developed symptoms on 6 April.It also said laboratory testing showed hantaviruses in two confirmed cases...
