Europe's latest heatwave has brought record temperatures to Austria, red heat alerts to major cities in Italy and fresh wildfire response efforts in southern Albania. The hot spell is also prompting conservation measures in Hungary and Moldova as the centre of the heatwave shifts east across the continent.
