Serbian police kill attacker outside Israeli embassy in Belgrade as threat level rises
Serbian police shot dead a young man outside the Israeli embassy in Belgrade in the early hours of Wednesday after what officials described as a terrorist attack. Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said the suspect rushed at a police officer with two knives, leaving the officer with a minor wound to the face.
