Four killed in Crimea shooting as investigation continues
Russian-installed officials in Crimea said four people were killed when a soldier opened fire in the village of Khmelnytske, in an incident that also left three others injured. The attacker was detained, and the motive was still being investigated, according to the regional governor, Mikhail Razvozhayev.
