DR Congo and AFC/M23 Agree Roadmap for Peace Talks as Swiss-hosted Process Advances
The Democratic Republic of Congo and the Rwanda-backed AFC/M23 armed group have agreed on a roadmap for peace negotiations after talks hosted in Switzerland, according to a joint statement published on Sunday. The statement said the parties had set out sequenced steps and timelines for talks under the Doha Framework Agreement.
