Two people were injured on Friday when an Israeli drone struck a pick-up truck in southern Lebanon, according to state-run media. The attack took place on the outskirts of Choukine and Kfar Dajjal in the Nabatieh district, where the vehicle was reportedly unloading garbage early in the day.
