Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Ukraine's defence minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, as part of a wider government reshuffle in Kyiv. The move comes after parliament accepted the resignation of prime minister Yulia Svyrydenko, opening the way for a broader reset of the cabinet.
