A public inquiry into the Nottingham killings has heard that Valdo Calocane was discharged from mental health services in September 2022 after staff said they could not find him.The hearing was told he had missed appointments and made no further contact with the team.Emma Robinson, a team leader with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's Early Intervention in Psychosis service, said staff had tried to reach him at his address, by phone and by letter.She told the inquiry: "We couldn't work with him, we couldn't find him at this point."
