Authorities have identified Mohamed Bailor Jalloh as the individual responsible for a shooting that resulted in one fatality and two injuries at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred on Thursday, with investigations now confirming that Jalloh, a former member of the army national guard, was previously convicted of attempting to provide material support to ISIS in 2016, leading to an 11-year prison sentence.
