Top Zambian opposition figures arrested after election amid insurrection claims
Security forces in Zambia have arrested 11 people, including senior opposition figures, after a raid in the capital, Lusaka, the government said. The arrests came as counting from Thursday's presidential election was still under way, adding a security dimension to an already contested vote.
