Russia and Ukraine trade deadly strikes for a second day as civilian toll rises
Ukraine said overnight Russian strikes killed two people in the north-eastern Sumy region and two more in the eastern Donetsk region, while local officials reported that sections of a market in Sloviansk were on fire after the attack.
