More than 200,000 people remain without power in Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region after overnight Russian missile and drone strikes, authorities said on Friday. The attacks caused a widespread blackout in Dnipro, the regional capital, and triggered emergency power cuts in the city and surrounding districts. Officials said the disruption also affected parts of Pavlograd district, with repair crews working through the night.Ukraine's air force said Russia used ballistic missiles and drones against several regions overnight, including Dnipropetrovsk.
