Ukraine says it struck Syzran oil refinery in Russia's Samara region
Ukraine says it carried out a long-range drone strike on the Syzran oil refinery in Russia's Samara region, causing a large fire at the site. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the facility had been hit and shared video showing flames and black smoke rising from what appeared to be the refinery.
