Ukraine investigates unrest outside National Guard-linked building near Kyiv
Ukraine's Security Service says it has identified around 100 people who took part in unrest outside a building used by the National Guard near Kyiv. Investigators believe the gathering may have been organised to abduct a serviceman who had left his unit without authorisation. The incident began on Monday in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, a suburb west of the capital, and escalated into clashes with law enforcement.Deputy Security Service chief Ivan Rudnytskyi said on Tuesday that searches were under way at some of the participants' homes and that investigators were considering detentions and criminal charges.
