Saudi Arabia is increasingly moving crude through ship-to-ship transfers off Oman's Sohar port as disruption linked to the Strait of Hormuz blockade continues to reshape regional oil shipping. The arrangement is being used to get exports out after commercial vessels began avoiding the waterway, which has become effectively closed in the current conflict.
