Australia Senate committee recommends review of Defence report after Taipan crash inquiry
A Senate committee in Australia has recommended that a Defence report into the 2023 MRH-90 Taipan helicopter crash be reviewed after hearing allegations of corruption, conflict of interest and fabricated evidence. The recommendation follows an inquiry into the crash, which happened during the Talisman Sabre military exercises in the Whitsundays in 2023.
