Russia resumes resupplying military bases in Syria under new deal
A Russian convoy has delivered supplies to the port of Tartous in Syria for the first time since a new Moscow-Damascus agreement was signed in August. The shipment marks a renewed flow of logistics to Russian facilities in western Syria, including Tartous port and the Hmeimim air base.
