Tibetan protester dies after self-immolation outside UN headquarters in New York
Police said the man was found with severe burns after an emergency call at about 6:30pm local time on Thursday outside the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan. He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the New York Police Department.
