Nanaimo RCMP Ends Five-Month Crackdown on Violent Crime and Drug Trafficking
From September 2025 to March 2026, the Nanaimo RCMP conducted a focused enforcement project to target violent offenders, drug traffickers, and individuals connected to organized crime in the region. Funded through provincial Community Safety and Intervention Teams (SITE), the effort sought to proactively address gang activities and violent crime.
