Libya's eastern parliament has moved to back a maritime delimitation agreement with Turkiye, reviving a dispute over sea boundaries and exploration rights in the eastern Mediterranean. The vote in Tobruk marks a reversal from the chamber's earlier objection to the deal and has drawn swift criticism from Greece, Cyprus and Egypt.
