Monaco explosion wounds Ukrainian oligarch as investigators search for suspect
A deliberate explosion at a residential building in Monaco wounded three people, including Ukrainian oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev, according to people close to the investigation and officials quoted on Monday. The blast happened around 9pm local time in a building on a street near the French border, and police cordoned off the area as investigators searched for the person who fled.
