UK prosecutors bring first-ever Rwanda genocide charges against doctor
UK prosecutors have brought the first charges in the country linked to the 1994 Rwanda genocide, accusing a London-based doctor of offences including conduct ancillary to genocide and aiding crimes against humanity. Vincent Brown, who was formerly known as Vincent Bajinya, was arrested and charged on Monday after a seven-year investigation.
