EU-Western Balkans summit opens in Montenegro as leaders discuss accession prospects
EU and Western Balkan leaders are meeting in the coastal town of Tivat, Montenegro, for a summit focused on the region's path towards the European Union. The talks are centred on the potential accession of six countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
