Russian strikes on Kyiv kill at least 17 as Zelenskyy calls for more air defences
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian missile and drone strikes on Kyiv and the surrounding region killed at least 17 people and injured 44 others, as emergency crews continued work at damaged sites. The attack hit business premises and a train station, adding to the toll from the overnight assault reported earlier in the day.
