Mississippi Man Sentenced to 9 Years for Armed Carjacking
Un’Darius Dickerson of Jackson, Mississippi, was convicted and sentenced to nine years in prison for forcibly taking a motor vehicle at gunpoint. According to court records, on November 19, 2024, Dickerson, wearing a ski mask, approached a woman, pointed a rifle at her, and demanded her car keys. The victim complied, and Dickerson drove away in her vehicle. Police arrested Dickerson the following day in Southaven, Mississippi, after he attempted to evade a traffic stop while still driving the stolen car.
