Suspicious Gold Coast house fire leaves two people fighting for life
Police in Queensland are investigating a suspicious house fire on the Gold Coast after two people suffered life-threatening burn injuries and a third person was hurt. The blaze broke out at a home on Sickle Avenue in Hope Island late on Monday night. Emergency crews were called to the scene and later extinguished the fire.Police allege an offender set fire to the property at about 11:45pm.
