The US Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the Franklin County Municipal Court in Columbus, Ohio, challenging a new courthouse rule that it says obstructs federal law enforcement. The defendants named in the complaint include the court, the Administrative and Presiding Judge, and the Director of Security.
