China and North Korea are marking the 65th anniversary of their Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance, a pact that still defines one of Asia's most closely watched relationships. The anniversary comes as North Korean Premier Pak Thae Song makes a three-day visit to Beijing to commemorate the treaty.
