US missionary Kevin Rideout released after more than nine months in Niger captivity
An American missionary kidnapped in Niger has been released after more than nine months in captivity. Kevin Rideout was taken outside his home in the capital, Niamey, last year and is now in the care of US officials, according to the international Christian organisation he worked for.
