The United States has announced visa restrictions targeting people it accuses of promoting race-based discrimination, inciting violence, or enabling land confiscation without compensation in South Africa. The move marks a further deterioration in relations between Washington and Pretoria and was announced by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
