Putin rejects reports of new Russian military mobilization ahead of Duma elections
Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied that Moscow is planning a new military mobilization for the war in Ukraine. He described reports of a possible fresh call-up of reservists as disinformation. The comments come as Ukraine continues to warn that Russia may be preparing additional force generation measures.Putin said on Thursday that Russia has no plan for a new mobilization or reservist draft.
