Russian strikes hit Ukraine as Kyiv ceasefire begins
Russian drone and missile attacks continued in Ukraine after Kyiv's unilateral ceasefire took effect at midnight, according to Ukrainian officials.Authorities said the attacks hit several regions on Wednesday morning, including Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih.Ukraine's air force said Russia had launched two ballistic missiles, one cruise missile and 108 drones since 6pm local time on Tuesday.Officials said one person was killed and three others were wounded in the morning strikes.In Sumy, a drone attack on a civilian car killed a passenger and wounded the driver, while in Kharkiv a drone strike damaged seven private buildings and left one woman...
