Hong Kong education authorities have ordered a primary school in Fanling to submit a report after a national flag was found hanging upside down on campus.The Education Bureau said it had followed up on the incident at F.S.F.T.F.Fong Shu Chuen Primary School after online images showed the flag displayed upside down on top of a building at the school.A spokesman said the bureau immediately contacted the school once it learned of the matter.The school then corrected the flag and apologised, according to the bureau.The bureau has required the school to investigate the incident and submit a detailed report, and said...
