North Korea vows to strengthen nuclear force and expand intelligence role amid military modernisation push
North Korea has said it will strengthen its nuclear force in both quality and quantity and expand the role of its military intelligence agency, according to state media. The announcement followed an enlarged meeting of the ruling Workers' Party Central Military Commission on Thursday.
