US unseals indictment against four in $12M Medicaid fraud racketeering case
The US Justice Department announced today the unsealing of a nine-count indictment against four men accused of roles in a racketeering conspiracy tied to Medicaid fraud. The defendants are Louis Trejo, also known as "Machete," Kenneth Garner, also known as "KG," Harold Stevenson, also known as "Bazz," and Erihk Belis, also known as "Eddie."
