India's NIA names Hafiz Saeed in supplementary chargesheet over Pahalgam attack
India's National Investigation Agency has named Pakistan-based militant Hafiz Saeed in a supplementary chargesheet in the Pahalgam terror attack case. The filing was made before the NIA Special Court in Jammu and adds to the agency's earlier case file on the April 22, 2025 attack in Jammu and Kashmir. The agency says Saeed is accused both personally and as the founder and chief of Lashkar-e-Toiba and its proxy, The Resistance Front.According to the NIA, the supplementary chargesheet invokes provisions under India's Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
