Police in Australia's Northern Territory have charged a teenager with terrorism and extremism offences after a raid that investigators say uncovered documents likely to facilitate a terrorist act and schematics for 3D-printed firearms. The search was carried out yesterday after a tip-off from a member of the public, according to a joint statement from investigators.
