US says it thwarted alleged ISIS-linked plot against New York State Capitol as charges filed
US authorities say they arrested Jessica Bowie, 35, of Albany, after alleging she planned an attack on the New York State Capitol and sought to obtain explosives. The Department of Justice said Bowie was charged with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organisation, identified in the filings as ISIS.
