ICC prosecutor Karim Khan suspended pending member-state vote over misconduct probe

The International Criminal Court has suspended chief prosecutor Karim Khan and referred him to disciplinary proceedings over sexual misconduct allegations. The decision was taken by the Bureau of the Assembly of States Parties, the court's governing body, and means the matter will now go before all 125 member states in a special session. Khan has rejected the move and denied wrongdoing.
