Russian strikes kill six in Odesa and Sumy as Ukraine hits Black Sea oil tankers
Russian drone and missile strikes overnight into Wednesday killed six people in Ukraine, with local officials reporting deaths in the Black Sea port city of Odesa and the eastern city of Sumy. The attacks hit a residential building in Odesa and also damaged other civilian and utility infrastructure, while Sumy was struck in a separate guided aerial bomb attack. EU foreign ministers meet in Brussels on Ukraine, Middle East and Black Sea
EU foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss Russian aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East and the Black Sea. The talks are taking place at the first Foreign Affairs Council meeting under Ireland's EU Presidency.
