UK and Allies Pledge Over €300 Million for Ukrainian Civilian Cyber Defense Amid Russian Attacks
Delegates representing the Tallinn Mechanism member states met in London on 9 and 10 March 2026 to renew their support for Ukraine’s civilian cyber defense against Russian aggression. Since December 2023, the coalition has committed €302.6 million toward civilian cybersecurity needs to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience in the face of sustained cyberattacks attributed to Russia.
